About this product

Scotch bonnet is the pepper behind a large share of West African, Caribbean and Nigerian cooking, which makes it one of the most requested lines for importers serving those communities.

We buy from Western Nigeria, where the crop is grown, and choose lots for heat, colour and low moisture so they travel and store well. You choose the form: whole dried pepper, flakes or fine powder.

Documents	Certificate of analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, Form NXP, Bill of Lading.
Samples	Available. Paid before dispatch. The cost is deducted from your first order that meets the minimum order quantity, placed within two months of your sample order.
