Yes. Samples are paid for first: we confirm the sample and courier cost, you pay it, and we dispatch once payment is received. That cost is then deducted from your invoice on the first order that meets our minimum order quantity, provided you place that order within two months of your sample order.

FOB Lagos is our standard term. CIF to a named port, such as London or Houston, is available on request.

By bank wire transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. You pay 50% as an advance when the contract is signed and the other 50% against the Bill of Lading and shipping documents.

Peppers are available whole, as flakes and as fine powder. Crayfish comes dried or ground. Hibiscus comes as dried calyces, sesame is raw and hulled, and shea butter is supplied in bulk.

Peppers come from Western Nigeria, crayfish from Southern Nigeria and hibiscus from Northern Nigeria. Shea butter, sesame, egusi and ogbono come from selected producers across Nigeria.

Yes. Every batch is lab-tested and covered by NAFDAC clearance, and you receive the laboratory report for the batch you buy.

Certificate of analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, Form NXP and Bill of Lading. We add any further document your market requires.
